What do you mean by affordable.. and who level of quality do you expect.
One wedding, the couple, gave out disposable cameras to many of the quests, and then put those assorted photos into a album. Other may have friends or families that are good non professional. Beyond that, you can call for pricing of various local ones. As a pastor, I have done 100's of weddings. Some of the issues, photographer, that fails to show up.. hey will want more money, when the wedding does not start on time, and is delayed... or they have to leave to go to other weddings, if your wedding, lasts longer than planned. I say this, since out of a 100 weddings, I may have 2 or 3 that actually start on time. Many have been up to a hour late starting. As a pastor, I have to often explain.. I have to be there, early and prepare. I have to travel. Sometimes even a hour or more, drive, (In Atlanta, even the other side of town, can be a two hour drive. So often, I have, a one hour drive, to the wedding, a hour or more, before the wedding starts, the wedding, the photos after the wedding, and a drive home. At best a wedding is going to be 3 to 5 hours of my time. If I have to go to a rehearsal the week or so before, that is more hours So when I tell them, I need 400 or 500 dollars to do the wedding, they seem shocked. See what a plumber, or computer tech would change to come to your locaton and work that many hours. So a professional is due his pay.. Also check references, and ask to see sample books of their work. |

What good does asking online do, other than what Fr Chuck said? We don't know where in the world you are, and we are all over the world too. You need one local to you, of course.
You want 'affordable,' you take all the risks with that. They get drunk. They leave the lens cap on. Most guests hate all the delays that go with posing. The food gets cold. Who needs it? Take ONE posed picture with everyone and forget all the dozens of formal poses. Arrange for relatives to take a few each of specific things. |
