    Ceiling fan light comes on when fan comes on
    I installed a hunter ceiling fan with no remote. Every time I turn on the fan, the light comes on. I turn it off, and its fine until I do it again. Anything that I did wrong? I have other ceiling fans but this is the first time that I'm having a problem with the light coming on. Where do I start?

    Without a remote there should be a pull chain switch. How did you wire it? Blue and black fan to black house? Is there a red wire?
