Good day, I'm 20 years old and my last period began on May 10th and end on May 16. I normally see my period every 43 days on average so I was expecting my period on June 23rd however it hasn't come as yet and a new month have started, I also have belly cramps which I normally have each month when its close to my period. I took two home pregnancy test and they were negative. What could be wrong? Any suggestions will be helpful :)

It may be that your cycle is just longer this time, and your period will start soon, or it could be a pregnancy just hasn't been picked up on a test yet. See what happens in about a week. If still no period, try another test. If you continue to not have a period, you may want to see your doctor about determining a possible cause. They will do a pregnancy at that time as well.

I will agree, some women can even miss a period, once in a while. Or being a few days or a week late, is not uncommon either.

Of course if you are sexually active, it could be pregnancy also.

It can be (possible) too early. You may want to take a test, once a week for next few weeks, ** always take the test first thing in the morning with first urine of the day.
