    2004 F250 won't turn over
F250 with the 6.0 Ltr, I have checked every thing, new batteries, starter cranks engine over when I jump across the starter terminals. New relays, neutral safety switch is good, Can't find anything, ignition switch seems good. Sounds like a lot of people have had this problem, can anyone help?
