Two lavatory drains and common vent
Yes, can someone plese tell me if this set will work... I am installing 2 lavatory sinks in the same room side by side and they will share a common vent but will have individual drains... Reason being I did not want to notched out the 2x4s for both sides and also have water piping coming up from floor... according to the i.p.c if I'm right the vent pipe will handle both lavatories... my real concern is the vent set up OK as well as the individual drains for both lavs... Thanks for any help

As a rule we install our vents at 2 inches. However in my county.(Manatee) inch and a half is acceptable but in the county south of the,(Sarasota) code calls for 2 inch panels. Your set up looks good to me. Good luck, Tom

Yup, looks pretty good. I'd connect the two vents at a minimum of 42" off the finish floor and I'd increase the vent out the roof to 2" (required everywhere that I know of)....1.5" vents can stay as they are. Otherwise, looks good.
