    Probation
    I was on probation in Rochester ny.. ordered to pay 167.00 a month. Was paying it until I became very seriously ill.. 2010i had surgery to replace hip... did not go well developed a septic infection lasted 5 months decided to remove hip because infection was in medial put medical spacer in temporary.it snapped fractured my femur in three places in wheel chair for months no hip in.. back in surgery I now have a medal rod from just below hip almost to knee cannot bend right leg very well... I developed a Merza infection I am colonized with Merza.pick lies the whole nine yards.. probation officer called sentencing judge told him how sick I have been sent medical papers o him what should he do he said violate me so what will happen have to have medial transportation wear a mask and gloves when I go out now suppose to be in crowd of people due to infection vico myosin use to control merza has damaged my liver.. I have293 dollars a month income just barely pays y co pay for medicines what can happen in court

    Firstly, it is MRSA (Methacillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), not merza. Secondly, it's Vancomycin, not vico myosin, PICC lines, not pick lies. I say this not to criticize you, but you will need to be medically educated in order for a proper defense.

    Your income is $293 per month. Does that include Medicaid, Food Stamps?

    You could go to jail, but with the proper medical defense, the judge would want to keep you out of jail due to the high risk of contaminating other inmates with MRSA, which is highly contagious, and the state would not want to pay for your health care.

    The best advice that could be given to you would be to discuss this situation with your legal counsel. He/She will be the one that will handle this situation in the most appropriate manner.

    A lot of things can happen in court. But it is likely that, once the judge is told all of this information, the probation order can be modified.
