I need to know what sort of form I can print out off the internet so that I can purchase a mobile home from a friend even though they haven't received the new title in the mail yet... They are in the process of getting a new one for the home but I need to move in ASAP>>>

I would suggest that if they don't have a title you should wait until they do. In the mean time you can rent the mobile home from them, with the stipulation that any rent you pay will be considered as payment towards the eventual purchase of the trailer.

In other words, get the owner to sign a lease with an option to purchase. That way, if the owner does manage to get clean title, OP would have a contractual right to purchase, without an obligation to do so.

Also, does the deal also include purchasing the land upon which the MH sits? Because, if so, that would require different documents.
