    File the proper paperwork in the proper court.

    I'm sorry, but since you gave us almost no information about your situation, that's the only answer we can give. If you want to know more, tell us your general locale so we can check local laws. Tell us how long you have been married, are you still together? Are there children? Why do you want a divorce? And whatever other info you think pertinent.
