Trane xe 1100 outside relay looks burned
The outside fan on my trane xe 1100 was not working. The handler in the atic comes on but nothing from the fan outside unit. I examined it and it lookes like one of the round capacitors is bulged on top and the relay where all the wires are attatched is burned in the channel. There is a spring and a plastic part and some ashes laying on the tray under it. What am I looking at and how do I fix it
