    How long have you had this? It's recent? Do you know why? a fall or strain or from lifting something?

    I have had it 2 days... I haven't fell or lifted anything. I get these every so often.. Ever since I had my first c_section 17 years ago I gotten this kind of pain.. Its so bad it hurts to walk sit lay bend lift... And there's no way I can be pregnant either

    Try a warm bath, a heating pad (not when you're in the bath, but once you're out), tylenol, or a muscle relaxant. A muscle cream is good too.

    This will only help with the pain. It won't solve the issue that's causing the pain. For that you'd need to see a doctor.
