    Eviction
My family members appointed me as caregiver for my elderly mother. They were paying me a small sum of $100 a week, no utilities or groceries. My eldest sister is power of attorney, and we have never gotten along. She has decided to evict me from the home without cause. She is not above lying to get her way. Do I have recourse so I will not be out in the streets?

If sis has POA, then she can evict you. Not a lot you can do about it is mom is incapable of overruling her.
