    Period
So I'm trying to figure out my period, but it varies on the days and it's hard to keep track. For example I got my period on dec 25 of last year and I got it around the same time which is the 28th of January. That was a 35 days later. I didn't get it for February cause mine comes at the end of the month, so it didn't come February, and it changed to the beginning of March. It was march 8th and I got my next period April 6th. Which is 40 days later. And those days vary. Which makes it impossible to track. So is there anyway of stabilizing that? So I know when to expect my period.

It appears you are doing a good job of tracking it. It looks like it may be 35 to 40 days. Many women vary some each month. And it will not come the same day each month. It varies according to your cycle time.

There are ways of stabalizing it but it requires medication. Usually hormonal birth control will help set your cycle to 28 days but that is just due to the mechanism. If you talk to your doctor, they'll go through the different options for you.

What you describe may be perfectly normal for you. Some women naturally have longer or shorter cycles than the average. An irregular cycle would be 24 days one time, 40 another, then skipping a month or two for example.

Your doctor could check to see if there is any sort of hormone issue. IF there is, and depending on the cause, there are medications, often starting with birth control pills, and herbal possibilities. However, none would be necessary if there isn't any concern with hormones.
