Go to your mother and show her how your nipples are sticking out and ask when we can go shopping for bras.

Your friends all having bra's have nothing to do with it. They may. Or may not.
But the size of yours, body shape and other issues are what matters.
You just go and talk to her about it. Tell her, you think it may be time you were wearing a bra.

I hate to tell you but you must have measured incorrectly because you don't jump straight to an A cup... You start with a training bra then progress to a AAA, then an AA but an A cup is pretty close to half a large grapefruit in size roughly. But your mother is the right person to talk to. She went through this stage herself so don't be afraid to talk with her, she will know a LOT abot the subject. No reason to be embarrassed at all.

Hello, I was thinking of texting my mom or writing a note but witch one should I do. I honestly can't tell her. Ive tried everything to tell her but it won't work. So note or text? In about a month, I went from 32a to 32b! I measured myself yesterday. Thank you for answering whoever answers this.

If you can't tell her in person, hand her a note and wait for her response... "I need to go bra shopping". It's as simple as that.

How are you measuring? A 'B' cup is very apparent and any mother would notice even an A cup. So I suspect you are not measuring properly.
And why can't you tell her? You first posted this 2 months ago. How have you tried to tell her? Why is it so difficult? What is more embarrassing? Talking to your mother or your breasts showing through your clothes?
