Battery is good and I have bypassed seat safety switch. I do have 12 volts at the ignition switch.

Tractor is about 10 years old. Serviced regularly, also garaged. Just put a new Battery in. No click, when key is turned. Could be the seat safety switch, or?? Yes, I have new gas, cleaned the plugs, etc. I have it in neutral. Any suggestions? Is there another safety switch somewhere?

I have a Craftsman15.5 lawn tractor. The fly wheel would barely turn, then stopped totally. I replaced the 5 yr old battery, no luck. I replaced a 15 amp fuse that looked bad, no luck. The ammeter shows a draw when I turn the ignition, but nothing turns, no click even. I am suspecting the starter....
