My ex caused an argument about having sex, I didn't want it so he ground me down for two hours calling me names. Then I told him just so he would leave me alone you know what take what you want and he did. But halfway through doing what he was doing he stopped and asked me if it felt like like rape.. I lay there silently crying until he had finished.. he just got off and cleaned himself up and went to sleep.. I too cleaned myself up and went downstairs where I cried for another two hours

Why did you not tell him to leave during those two hours. Or you leave. Or you call someone.

You told him to go ahead... at no point did you tell him to stop.

The first implys you gave concent... never saying no or to stop after that means you did not change that.

If you had said no or stop...before or at any time during....then it would be different.

Or if you had been unable to say yes or no due to extreme intoxication or passed out, then concent could not have been given . But that wasn't the case.

I will agree with others! No, it can't be rape because you said, "you take what you want". Yes, I can't overlook this also that you didn't wanted to have sex, and your intention was that he will stop saying you names and leave you alone if you let him do that. But you lt him do that. So, in that case I don't think so it was rape, but I am not a judge. But it could have been seen as a rape, if your Ex have threatened you for your life or something and have performed the sex, but in your case you didn't mention any threatening's from him. Next time if you want to have sex then only you go for it, but if you don't want just stick to that, let him say whatever he wants or just tell him to stop saying or just ignore those hurtful words, but don't let him do sex with you if you don't want it.
