Its really been annoying my.. I have lice and its really annoying I bought the spray thingy for them they all go except for the eggs witch will make babies.. so more lice and its really annoying me off its been over a month mow I don't know what to do please someome help me it would mean so much!

The only sure fire method with head lice is the heavy chemical insecticide sold over the counter at chemists.

The sprays are close to useless as they don't touch the eggs only the adults.

Lice went through my daughters school a few years ago. Her best friend got it. One treatment with the proper shampoo, and combing out the hair with a comb that's also supplied that is very fine and grabs the eggs, is all it took. Two applications a few days apart to make sure all the eggs were also destroyed, and she was lice free.

You've been going through this for a month. Obviously the spray you're using isn't working.

Time to get the proper treatment.

Because it never came back.

One other thing that I should mention, it's not only the eggs on your head you need to destroy. They're also in your bedding, clothes, everything you touch. You also need to clean your home, wash your bedding, to get rid of them. Bleach is the best way to ensure that your house is clean for nits and lice.

I worked at a child care center for a few years, the best way I found to treat lice was to cover the hair in oil (like vegetable oil), wrap a plastic grocery type bag around the head, like a handkerchief (not the face of course!), let it sit for a few hours, then use the comb and a friend with a sharp eye to literally hand pick (nit pick) the eggs off the shaft of your hair. The oil kind of smothers the louse, doesn't kill it, but restricts it from skittering away while you're using the comb, and also makes it easier to slide the eggs off. You can then follow up with the lice shampoo. If you add a couple of drops of tee tree oil to your regular shampoo, it can help deter any further infestation. Alty is correct about needing to treat your home as well. Things that are difficult to wash (pillows, cushions, etc.) can be put in the dryer at high heat for a good amount of time. At the center I worked at, at the first sign of lice we would bag up all stuffed animals into a garbage bag, push out all the air, and leave it for a month unopened. If you have siblings they should be treated too, even your parents. All it takes is one egg to start the cycle again.

My sister in law was having the same problem she tried everything the shampoo the sprays. Finally I told her to put alcohol in her hair and it killed the eggs and the bugs

If their clothing and bed linens and pillows aren't properly washed during all of this... they might be getting reinfected from them as well. Just passing them back and forth.
