Clearing blockages in copper water pipes

In our two story colonial we have a shower upstairs where the water pressure has decreased. The kitchen sink on the main level has also decreased. All other fixtures seem to be fine. I checked with the township and there hasn't been any work on the water main. What could be causing this problem?

Noise with hot water pipes for 1 min after start. No noise after that.

When opening hot water in shower, there will be noise in the pipes after 30 seconds. Will last about 1 minute and then stop. About 10 minutes after the shower, there will be a couple of bang and none after that.
