    Odd toilet action
    Bowl drains normaly.
    One morning I took a leak, bowl drains normaly.
    Next time I used it was to take a leak... bowl was stopped up.
    For only about 10-15 seconds, then drained normaly.
    Hasn't been stopped up again since.

    Maybe someone before you put a lot of paper or "debris" in the toilet. Next flush cleared the partial blockage.
