    How old is the kitten? How hard did you step on it? On its head? Stomach? Legs?

    A kitten can be injured deadly by being stepped on. Some things can not be fixed.

    When any living thing is injured, they need medical care. Kittens are the same. The kitten needed to be taken to the vet.
