I'm 25 years old. I had sex 2 days before my period and ended up getting my period as scheduled. It was a normal period 4-5 days. I am regular and have been for about over a year. This month I am 4 days late. I have been stressed and haven't kept up with my regular life style such as working out, eating healthy, and like I said I have been stressed. Could I be pregnant though?

Yes, you could be pregnant. Since you had your last period, chances are slim, but there is still a possibility. What you need to do is wait until your period is two weeks late then test using first morning urine.

Agreed, you could be pregnant, but the change in life style also changes period.
Also worry and stress can change periods.

Four days is too early to tell, you will need to wait 10 days to two weeks to really test
