So I've been on the Depo-Provera injection for about a year now. Anyway, I've had pregnancy mimics from the shot before and thought I was but then I wasn't well this time, I've got a gut feeling. Like I've been nauseated the past 3 days. No throwing up but diarrhea. BAD. Just today though. But I read some pregnant people can get that in morning sickness instead of vomiting. Yesterday I almost threw up, I've never been this sick in my life and lately I've lost my appetite but sometimes I'm like starving. Unless I get sick like these past 3 days and losing my appetite. Then I get headaches and lower back pains like crazy. I'm peeing like crazy. Always tired, Like I can go to bed around 8 or 9 and still want to sleep until 12 the next day and a nap later on. And I'm bloated like crazy. Always thirsty too. Plus I've heard of A lot of people getting pregnant on this shot. My best friend just did and I'm teriffied. Please help

It is possible to become pregnant while using depo, but when used correctly, it is one of the most effective forms of birth control. Did you receive your last injection on schedule? Being late in getting injections can increase the possibility of an unplanned pregnancy. It's more likely that you are ill, gastroenteritis for example.

Since this is causing you great concern, try a pregnancy test.
