    Jet lag
    I've had jet lag for nearly 3 weeks - is this anything to worry about or is it normal?
    I am sleeping very badly and also suffering from sinus problems.

    This isn't normal. It sounds like the sinus infection is doing you in. What did you do to relieve your jet lag to beging with?
