Who you allow between your legs and when is entirely your own business.

Like the stock market, past performance is never an indication of future results. Which is to say that you could have been playing russian roulette for the past six months and never got the bullet. This time you did. It could also have been the second fellow. There is no way to say for certain. Ovulation times are an estimation at best. It could have happened before or after the dates you gave.

The bottom line is that no one will be able to tell you who the father is. You will need a DNA test after the child is born unless there is a definite way to tell upon birth. IE, you're white, boy #1 is white, and boy #2 isn't. Sorry for not clearing that up.

Yeah...this could be either guy. No possible way to tell without a DNA test.

You made the bad decision.. now you have to tell them both... its impossible to know which the father is until after the baby is born and a DNA test is done.

That still doesn't always work that way... She could be white... Boy #1 white, Boy #2 any other race and baby could appear white but still be boy #2's baby. Or Vice Versa if she has a mixed race ancestry any one of the specifc genes for appearance could present themselves as the dominate one during any pregnancy no matter what ethnic group the father is. I've known several people that proved that over my life. Even grew up with one in school. Both parents and siblings appeared black... but she was as white as I am... but one of her parents was biracial. Russian Roulette is a good analogy... you just can't know without a DNA test. Looks can be decieving.

Hmmmm... I hope you have been to an OB/GYN. Are you planning on keeping the baby? No matter what, to know for sure, as everyone else pretty much has said, a DNA test after the baby is born is the only sure way to find out. That *could* be a very long, drama-filled pregnancy unless both partners knew/know that they were not the "only one" you were with.

Do you have any idea if either has had a vasectomy? Sometimes, guys have and don't tell the girl and when she winds up pregnant and gets told he's the father, he drops the surprise... just thinking out loud, here.

6 months unprotected sex does not mean that Guy#1 is not the father any more or less than one time unprotected with Guy#2... sounds like it could be a difficult one to explain no matter what. Definitely, see a Dr. if you have not already and be honest with them.

Whatever path you choose, please, be upfront and honest... there are so many life long possibilities for disaster if you tell one he is and it turns out not to be the case... even if he believes you and you never get the DNA test... family medical history, dominant genes, etc. The truth will come out eventually and better sooner than later. If you keep the baby, the biological father needs to know and so do you, as well as the child, eventually. If you choose to terminate the pregnancy, then it is a different situation to deal with, but no less complicated.

Short answer is that there is no easy way out. If you are in it for the long term, it is better and less stressful to get it out in the open ASAP. Otherwise, you'll end up driving yourself crazy trying to figure out how to 'manage' the situation with the least amount of fallout. Plus, who knows what either guy will do when they find out; you may be on your own until after the DNA test, but it would be far worse to have one believe he is the father all throughout the pregnancy and later find out he's not. That messes up everyone involved, emotionally, mentally and so on.

I wish you the best of luck... it's a very difficult situation to be in.

    Vasectomies can fail.

Under certain conditions, sperm can survive in the female body for up to a week. Close to ovulation the female body is more hospitable to the sperm.

A DNA test is the only way to know who the father is. I agree that you need to honest with both men. Everyone involved needs to be aware of what is going on.

I suggest you start talking with your doctor about better birth control methods to use after the baby is born. It will give you time to research and find one you think will work for you.

That is true. I am always hesitant to say something like that, because of it. Some times it is obvious, and most it isn't.
