It's possible, but not likely since you have at least been taking the pills. They work best when taken at the same time each day, so set an alarm if that would help. I know many who use their phone alarm as a reminder. The chances for pregnancy go up if you are not consistent with them.

You'll need to wait and see what happens when you would expect your next period and test if need be.

If you take the pill exactly on time, exactly correct. You can still get pregnant, the pill is not nearly 100 percent. So pregnancy is always a option

Since you have trouble doing things on time day to day... why don't you simply take them at breakfast time every morning. Make a routine of it. And as the others have said....even taken on time every day...they are not 100% effective. Screwing around with when you take them only lowers that number further.
