Are you going to fly to Africa and live there to learn it ?

Where do you plan on learning, each teacher may have its own cost, a teacher at a civic center may be 30 dollars a hour for lessons, a highly rated artist doing private lessons may be 300 or more a hour.

You find teachers and call them and get estimates.

Looking for a teacher to learn is time consuming and costly task! Why don't you check out for online tutorials like YouTube, jerrysartarama or other online sites. Search for the videos you want and try to paint as per instructions.
