    Yellow stinky discharge
    I'm a 17 year old guy. Last night I felt like I was having an orgasm in sleep. (Sort of like a wet dream) but I woke up before it came out and went to the bathroom. A yellow, stinky, watery substance came out. I am not sexually active. This happened before but I don't know why. Can you please tell me what it is and if it's serious?

    It was urine and maybe other things mixed in so see a doctor if it's that much of a concern.

    How was it different than urine? Don't be vague. Read over your question and the information you've posted and imagine that your friend had said the same thing to you. What would you say? Ultimately you will need to go and see a doctor about this, but if you want more help here you have to post something more than clear and yellow and from my penis.
