    State Select Water Hearter
    My state select heater model number es652dortw has calcium on the platform the heater sits on . Does that indicate a problem

    It indicates that you have hard water. You can get a water softener and clean out your water heater often. What area do you live in? Florida has some of the hardest water, as does south Georgia.
