    Left park light does not work
    Park light does not work. Blinker does. Dash light stays on.

    Check the bulbs. Sounds like one of them is out.

    Replace the bulbs.

    I think you should check all the bulbs and I agree with “odinn7” as the buls are blinking so I think replacing is good option.
