    Second marriage.
    One woman already married and she wants second marrige without first husband talaq and without his permission. Is it possible?

    I would like more details but as it appears there can be no second husband without the first husbands permission.

    SHe gets a divorce first... then she is free to remarry.

    In most of the developed world...one spouse can not prevent the other from getting a dicorce.

    No it is not she has to get her talaq from her first husband and complete theIddat period of 40 days beginning immediately after talaq. During this period she is supposed to stay away from celebrations and socializing.
