I have a Kenmore Elite Trio refrigerator that was exposed to high temperature for about four hours about 160 now it want cool temp controls all work but that's it.

What can happen to thermostats with a capillary tube is that the charge will migrate away from the capillary tube and into the diaphragm of the thermostat. To fix it take the cover loose so you can see the thermostat and take a blow dryer and warm the housing where the capillary tube goes in. You will see a round diaphragm housing. Never make any sharp bends in the tubing as it will ruin it. A piece of ice at the end of the capillary tube will help as the charge migrates to the coldest spot.
