I Am Looking for a Book: Woman Looking For Missing Boyfriend
The scene I remember the most is when the woman went to visit her missing
boyfriend's brother. She was pregnant at the time (very early in
pregnancy). She was nauseous at one point and he made her some chamomile
tea. He had to reassure her that the tea would not harm her.

I believe the main male character has something to do with military or a
cop. I vaguely remember him having the resources to look for his brother.
The brother was found dead. The missing brother was into some shady business.

I believe the story moved along enough to have her very pregnant (they were
in a sexual relationship by then). I remember a scene where it was pouring
down rain and they made love in a tent.

For the life of me I can not remember the name of the book or author. I
have been searching for this book for about a year now. If anyone could
help me it would be most appreciated.

    Thank you!!
