    Help!
    Hi,

I've never done anything like this before but now I need help! My husband & I are semi-retired and have lots of (I think) valuable antiques, china, etc. to sell so we can downsize.

Looking forward to hearing some great solutions!

Get a professional appraisal service involved to maximise your return.

You could cal local antique dealers... there is always eBay... you could also take your chances with auctions... but the wrong ones you might almost be giving them away.

You also could get them appraised and donate them to charity, using the appraisal to prove the value of the deduction from your taxes.
