    What is the process to evict a boy friend from your home.
    I have my ex husband living with me and now I need for him to leave. What does the law says and how to process a eviction on him for him to leave?

    Ex husband or boyfriend? Do you own the home are you a leaseholder?

    Your question leaves too many questions to answer. I can tell you that your relationship with him may not matter if you own the property. But the laws for eviction depend on where you are.

    I will agree.
    1. is it ex husband or boyfriend
    2. where is this at,
    3. is the house owned or rented
    4. if rented, whose name is on lease
    5. if owned, whose name is on deed
    6. is there any rental agreement with them.
