    Do I need a doctor
    Sharp pain sporadically in lower left rib cage
    Now an intense headache and get dizzy etc... when up
    Take birth control pills and 100mg of Zoloft

    Why would you even take the time to ask that question? Going to the ER is the first thing most people would think of if this happened to them.
