    Land Rent
    Hi my name is Melissa
    Last year my husband and I about are first home but we don't own the land it's on .
    When we first moved in we paid $280 for the land a month that inclued the taxes and the water. Then after a month or so the land went to $310 a month then then to $232.49 and so this has gone on for the full year we have move here the prise has changed about 9 times up and down.. now the owner of the land wants $336.84 a month..

    My Question is dose he have the right to change the amount of the land rent that offen?

    Please help

    If this gose on much more . I'll have to move and can't aford to move my baby's again

    If you just have a month to month rental, then he can raise the rent every single month, and he can raise it as high as he wants to.
