    Unusual Toilet Fluching Pattern
I have a "silent" toilet that when flushed, the water iin the bowl rises almost to the rim, lowers at a slow rate to near the bottom of the bowl, then rises again to near the water resting level and then back down to the bottom of the bowl/ Finally the water in the bowl fills very slowly to the normal resting level and the water shuts off.

About all I know about toilet repairs is how to vhange the flapper, so this looks out of my leauge I think. Can you diagnose the problem and the diffulculty for a mechanical moron to repair?

    Thanks!
