Should I still ask about early release from probation?
Im on misdemeanor probation for 3 years and this April makes it 2 years. Before I moved to a different location my PO said we can talk about possibly getting off early, but now since I moved he said he has to transfer me so I can finish out my probation. But another thing is he said he won't transfer me until I'm done with this case in town court. Im being falsely accused with no legitimate evidence either than he said she said. So I have no reasons of being incarcerated. So here's my question, should I ask him if he can let me off early again since I've had no violations or should I just do the rest of my year?

You can ask, why not? Was this part of a plea agreement or conviction?
