I fell and hurt my ribs, got an x-ray no break. I am still having constant pain
Is it normal for the pain to feel the same or sometimes worse after a month??

Not really - but it depends on how you've been taking care of yourself since. Exactly what day did you fall? What do you do for a living? How old are you? How healthy?

Even broken ribs are generally just taped and you are told to take it easy until it stops hurting. You may have kept aggravating it, or bruised tissue or organs nearby, or even had a hairline crack that wasn't obvious on X ray. That can hurt longer.
