    Nightmares
I'm 19 and for the longest time, Ive been having reoccurring dreams of someone or something trying to kill me in my sleep. Sometimes it's friends, other times it's ghosts, aliens or even possessed dolls. In these dreams I'm hiding, running and fighting for my life and not matter how much I fight it I can't wake up from them, I feel so lost! And I'm afraid of going to sleep at nights because of these dreams.. please can someone tell me what's causing this?

I know how you feel. I know just one thing. If it's a friend trying to kill you, it might be fear of a future betrayal by that person.
