When are they going to get it?
A few weeks ago some of my old friends were pushing around my best friend and calling her a b**** and a w**** and a h** right in front of me and she was like about to cry basically and they were laughing about it. I told them I was never going to be friends with them again if they didn't stop and they said fine and they just kept on saying it. They keep texting me and I never answer. Just today at lunch they walked up to me and they started talking to me like nothing ever even happened. I wanted to just walk away but I didn't want to be rude. When are they going to realize that I meant it when I said I wasn't going to be there friend anymore?

You were too worried about being rude to get your message across.

When are they going to realize? When you DO walk away.

They will not get it, because you don't.

First why did you not help her more, when she was being pushed, grab her and not let them do it. Why did not stand in between them.

When they walk up, you walk away, you proved they were right at this point

I'd suggest telling them that you meant it when you said you would stop hanging out with them, and walk away.
