    Muscle pain
    Hi,

This is the second time I've had this. The night before I get weak leg muscles and the next day I have pain in mostly all my muscles from my waist down making it hard to walk and do certain things. It lasted a few days last time, I'm hoping it will go away again. Any need for concern or is it a virus that comes and goes?

How old are you? 12, 47? 85? We don't know anything about you or any of your medical history. What causes this in one person may not cause it in someone else. The possibilities are many. The only way to find out is to go to a doctor and get checked out.

I agree with Wondergirl. You should have this looked at by a doctor.

Don't answer like that, I don't see anyone else giving their medical history, I just wanted to ask to see if anyone else had this before I go to the doctor

I have experience similar, but not the same. Our experiences will not help you, they will not prepare you for anything. There are so many different disorders in the body that look the same way from the outside that our anecdotal evidence could lead you down the garden path. It is just common sense that we don't to guess or assume what may or maybe not be the problem.

It is the answer you're going to get. It isn't obvious what it is. Could be a pinched nerve or a vitamin imbalance, or cancer, or a neuromuscular defect, or something in the air. None of those can be more true than the other. See your doctor. It's the best option.

There could be any number of things wrong -- from simple to complex. We cannot diagnose here. Only a doctor can examine you, do tests, and give you an answer. What "anyone else had' won't help explain what YOU have.

Many others have experienced this. But their diagnosis doesn't mean that's what's going on in your case.

There are no doctors on this site, and no doctor would give medical advice online, they'd be risking their license, they'd risk being sued.

If this is a concern, the only answer is to see your doctor. That's really the only legitimate advice you'll find online.
