    Get black film and tiny pieces from just hot water in tub
    I get ablack film and tiny pieces from the hot water in bathtub doesn't effect anything else in house. Haven't tried anything don't know where to begin please help me

    If its just the tub I'd take apart the mixing valve and replace the washers or cartrdige. I'd also flush the hot supply line to the tub with the valve open.
