I'm nineteen years of age. I have been on Nora-BE for almost one month now. I had my last period on Feb 7th, 2014 and ended on Feb 11th. I started Nora-BE on Feb 9th. I had unprotected sex on Feb 14th without any sort of pull out method or condom, and then again on Feb 16. I spotted some of Feb 22 through Feb 24th. I had unprotected sex again on Feb 23rd. My cycle is 30 days long. I have not missed a period yet, but I am spotting again. This time my spotting is a bit different than the last. The last was prominently dark red with some brown. This time it is occurring three days before my next period is supposed to arrive March 9th. Spotting has lasted two days so far. The blood has had some pinkish red but mostly brown and not enough to use a tampon. Only noticeable when I wipe. I have had some nausea and headache as well as some light cramping. Normally before my period starts I have intense cramping and am well aware. Could I possibly be pregnant? I have still been taking my birth control.

Continue to do so. There is a chance that you're pregnant. During the first month of hormonal birth control you may or may not ovulate. This is why they often suggest a secondary form of birth control, condoms mostly, during the first cycle of the birth control. If your period doesn't come, and I am thinking this might be symptoms of your coming period, wait for two weeks and take a home pregnancy test.
