I've done using pregnancy test kit, I don't think if it is posotive or negative because the second line is faint.

Generally, a faint line might show up for a couple of reasons. It could be that you are very early in a pregnancy and have a lower level of hcg at the moment. Or it could be that you are not pregnant but a faint line showed up if you read the test result after the time specified on the test.

When there is doubt, test again in a few days. Be sure to follow the directions carefully, especially in regard as to when to read the results. Most often, if the test is done according to the directions, and you see a line, no matter how faint, it is a positive result.

Normally it is not, or not time for proper testing. How late are you on your period.
Best testing is 2 week after a missed period. So have you missed your period yet ?

Also are you testing with the first urine of the morning, as soon as you wake up. That makes for best test also
