Hi, I broke up with my ex 5 weeks ago and we had minimal contact but I was bugging her a bit which iknow is wrong, when I asked her to come over she still came over to see me she said we were on a break so there was nothing happening. At first she said she needed time on her own and that she just wasn't ready for a relationship like we have. Im 28 she is 22 we have been together 3 and a half years. But since talking to her I have kind of found out the reason is she just says her feelings have changed and she just doesn't feel like she used to about me. When we first met I was busier and more mysterious whioch I thought was good and helped me a lot. But as we spent more time and the relationship went longer I started to do more with her like going for bike rides and walks with her and that extra time I spent with her made her feel like we were drifting apart although we were actually spending more time together than we had in the past. I always new she needed space and I had to say no sometimes and then she would be keener but I found myself wanting to see her all the time is this a bad thing after 3 and a half years?? I saw her three days ago and we spoke for a bit and the I was sitting on her bed talking about some good times and she was being all distant then all of a sudden she said why don't you get in and stay so me being stupid I did and we had sex she said she hadn't felt this way about me for a long time but we were still on the break, this was after saying she would never have action without being with someone. She said she was so glad I was there with her. I got so confused... I spoke to her about stuff yesterday and she said well I just don't feel like I want the same as you at the moment and just don't think you're the one now. So I said fine. Then today she emails me and tells me how she's getting her haircut on Friday what's with that... I don't know what to do I'm trying to shut her out, I still have some of her clothes which she left when she stayed at m,y house last month should I give them back and tell her get lost or is there something I could say does anyone know how to make her feelings come back?? I know when I first met her I switched her feelings on by not being there all the time and being bnusy seeing her when I could she couldn't wait to see me but after three years I don't want to do that all the time, I love her I want to spend more time together is this wrong??

Have some dignity. If she told you her feelings have changed - leave her be. I know for some people it's a hard thing to do but if you keep yourself busy, you'll realize that little by little, you'll start forgetting her. You need to move on. Don't dwell on the past. Good luck!
