No... simply put... there isn't. YOu either do it the old fashioned way that might take a few years.. or happen the first time... or you pay to go to a fertility clinic... but there is no over the counter medication that can do it.

There is nothing OTC that will help. Fertility issues should be addressed by a fertility specialist who will first give both partners a battery of tests to determine the best course of treatment.

'Over a year' isn't considered very long by fertility specialists. It will cost a lot for testing of both of you. You can certainly do a lot of internet research for ideas, some of which are part of the mainstream medical techniques and some are not.

Do get his sperm tested first. There's no point doing anything as a woman until you know how good they are.

If you have been trying for over a year to become pregnant, you may want to consider a visit to your doctor to look into basic fertility testing for both you and your partner. You can have the initial testing done through your regular doctor or gyn. If there is a need for further testing, you may be referred to a reproductive endocrinologist.

IF a cause is determined, you may have various options as a remedy depending on the cause. Some times it is a matter of just taking more time. While most couples do become pregnant in the first year of trying, plenty of others will find it takes longer, even when there are no fertility concerns. Some times the cause can be a relatively simple matter, and some people do find some over-the-counter products will improve the situation with time.

Certainly you would not want to attempt to self-diagnose and self-treat as you don't know whether there is even a concern that needs addressing. Doing so may actually work against your efforts in trying to conceive.
