Everything seems to work except cold air
I have a about 10 year old American Standard. Inside the air blow well, outside the fan kicks on, the compressor kicks on, no frozen lines any where but the air inside in room temp, any ideas?

You need amp probe to make sure your compressor is on. Also it may be on but refrigerant may be so low charge, it runs but no cooling. Need to check the pressure while the system is running. This should give you a starting point.

With everything running, feel both copper lines near the outdoor unit. If you are running in cool mode, the small line should be warmer than is the large line. The opposite will be true of in the heat mode.
