1990s movie that has a clip with paintball in it

All right I don't have much to go on I thought it was one of the problem child's but it's not. So something like that all I can remember is the dad played paintball with his work employees for a work party they played in the woods and they are out in the parking lot getting ready to play it's a 90s movie please help
