Under the glove box. You will likely have to remove the carpeting, side kick panel, and computer cover (four 10mm nuts) to remove the blower motor. Once you see the unit, remove the electrical connector and the three 8mm mounting fasteners to the blower motor. Then, you should be able to easily ease the motor out.
