    Plumbing water leak 2 story unit
    I have water leaking from top floor bathroom in a condo unit with no one in my unit.

    So, you have a vacant condo that is leaking water? Could be any number of things. Cracked toilet, leaking supply risers, leak in a common drain from another unit-fairly common in condo's.

    Most condos are part of a HOA, do you belong to one? The leak is likely from a "common area"
